Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
No willingness to participate in dispute settlement procedures
In principle, the entrepreneur is not willing and obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings in front of consumer protection authorities within the meaning of section 36 (1) of the Consumer Disposal Act (VSBG). This is without prejudice to the possibility of settling disputes by a consumer protection authority within the framework of a concrete dispute with the consent of both contracting parties (§ 37 VSBG).
